Trade Ins

Trade-ins are by appointment only.

We are currently buying Spring/Summer items.

Appointments are booked up to 2 weeks in advance.  Please check back if you do not see any openings.

We accept new, clean, and gently used items as well as vintage pieces that are in excellent condition. Unlike consignment, our sellers don't have to wait for their item to sell in store. We evaluate and price the clothes during your appointment and you'll receive cash or trade that very day!

Choose between 50% store credit or 30% cash value of what we retail the item for in store.

There is a 15 item limit per appointment at this time. Two appointments maximum per week per seller.

How to Prepare for Your Trade-In Appointment:

- Bring no more than 15 items per appointment. Have back to back appointments? You must arrive at the start time of your first appointment so that we have time to process all of your items.

- You must arrive on time. You will have to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late.

- Please ensure clothes have been recently laundered, are free of stains, holes, rips and pilling.

- We cannot accept clothes with missing buttons, tears, pulls or other signs of wear. If you wouldn't purchase it, please don't bring it.

- Our customers are looking for current trends and in-style items. So bring that dress you wore to that special event and know you'll never wear again, or the new jeans you purchased that don't quite fit right. We try to provide high quality items to our customers.

- There are no drop offs. We highly encourage you to look around the store while your items are being processed.

We do not accept:

  • Swimwear

  • Children's sizes 6 months and under
  • Children's onesies
