Trade-Ins

We accept new and gently used items, as well as vintage pieces in excellent condition.

  • Appointment Only

    • Bring no more than 15 items per appointment.

    • Arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will need to reschedule.

    • No drop-offs. Feel free to browse the store while we process your items.

  • Item Condition

    • Ensure clothes are recently laundered and free of stains.

    • We cannot accept items with missing buttons, tears, rips, holes, pulls, pilling, or significant wear.

    • If you wouldn't buy it yourself, please don’t bring it.

  • Preferred Items

    • Our customers love current trends and stylish pieces.

    • Bring items like that special event dress you won’t wear again or the new jeans that don’t fit quite right.

    • We aim to offer high-quality items to our shoppers.
